Do you mean Mazda's recommended service schedule? There should be a version in your owner's manual. But I usually get info on my next service from http://www.mazda.ca . There is a spot on top of the page where you can register an account. Then type in your year and make of car.
Though it only goes by kilometres (not age). My car's next service is the 168,000km (84 months) even though I only have 61,000kms on the car.
