My 2019 CX9 has had issues with the navigation since 7/19. I lose the Nav everyday and the screen defaults to Compass with message that the car is not equipped with Nav. Simultaneously, the front USB ports lose power so I have to charge from my port in the back seat. It’s been serviced twice with new SD cards, software updates and nothing has worked. It’s going in again on 1/2. I’ve taken pictures of the screen everyday to prove to them that it’s happening. They have no clue what it is but supposedly Mazda’s tech people are being consulted. Anyone else? I’m so frustrated as I prefer using Nav in the car rather than phone for directions.
