How to tighten stabilizer bar link nut when the stud keeps spinning....?

Not able to tighten the bottom nut of the link that attaches to the stabilizer bar to correct torque. The stud just keeps spinning. Anyone else have this problem? I wanna fix it cause I know its not tight enough and I think its causing a bad clunk.

If they are stock links then you need to hold the center with a hex key (alen head)
if they are not stock then you will needto use a wrench (14 or 15 mm) to hold it still... you will grab it right inbetween the swaybar and the ball end (the part that pivots)
