haha ok the ironic thing is that i havent really posted a new thread since asking about the HID's... and now I'm having problems... Who Woulda Thunk.
So anyways my passanger side bulb does not work and I believe it is not just a burnt out bulb seens how i just bought the kit and also when i flick my headlights on it tries to light up but won't do it. Here's what my thinkin is. Get Multimeter measure the voltage of the driver's side (working side) and compare it to the passanger side. Sound good or can anyone else give me some tips??

Might be a bad ballast, sounds like it isn't firing properly. I would check the voltage going into each ballast and then double check all your wires.

You could also swap the bulbs to further nail down the problem.

have you tried to ground it somewhere else,maybe just a bad ground issue,or something else....(shocked)
