Hey everyone, looking for a bit of help. Im pretty positive i snapped my ebrake cable today, heard the snap and now the lever has no pressure its just loose. I took the cover off, and the cable is still attached to the lever. I checked the actual rear brake and its still attached aswell, also the cable isnt moving at all at the wheel when i move the ebrake lever. Im thinking maybe it snapped somewhere between the housing and the brake. But i cant find the line, does anyone know where this line runs from the housing? Does it drop down underneath the car from there or does it run underneath the carpet? Its a 2001 protege Es. Any help is appreciated, thanks everyone.
