Hello the powered side mirrors stopped working so I had to replace the window controls switch. Well I messed up and bought a used one from a 2007 Mazda CX9 my mazda is a 2014. The used switch from the 2007 model has 7 wires and mine has 4. Any suggestions I'm not familiar with electrical work.

Seriously though, there is a service manual for the 2007-2008 out there somewhere, but I'm not aware of one for the newer models. If you could find a 2014 service manual, the pinouts are probably in there and you could figure out if you can make the older version work.
