I just got a 2018 CX-9 with 16,500 miles on it. I love it so far, but I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to get rid of some "burned in" fingerprint smudging on the piano black B pillars. I've taken it to a wash bay, sprayed with both plain water and soap and taken a microfiber towel to them to no avail. Meguiar's Wash and Wax and Quik Detailer haven't made a mark either. The fingerprint marks seem stained in. Thinking about trying a Dawn, vinegar, water and isopropyl alcohol spray as a last resort. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on removing them?
EDIT: It's dark out, but I was using some Meguiar's Ultra Black on the plastic panels because it was a bit faded, decided to go ahead and try to wipe the pillars with it and it *appears* to have removed the smudges. It's dark out, so we'll see how it looks in the morning and see if it holds up!
