Maybe try to get lower and shoot at a flatter angle? Getting under those trees that overhang the creek would be nice.

or make the focus of the picture a little more specific.

There's no photoshop magic done to that picture at all.

It was a 69 (giggity) second exposure in which I ran around the back of the wheel with a tiny flashlight and shined it around. Took 3 tries to get one that was decent.

With a 69 second exposure you have to use a tripod or brace the camera on something very stable or else you will get blurry real quick.
