Android Auto Navigation through Heads Up Display?

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Brand new to the forum. I bought a 2019 CX-5 Signature yesterday and am trying to get everything figured out. Is there a way for Google maps or Waze directions to appear through the heads up display? Or only Mazdas terrible Nav?

Not in the HID, only on the screen on top of the dash.

Give yourself more than a day to figure it out, lol. I'm on month 3 and learn something new almost everyday! Yes, the HUD will only show Mazda's navigation. Android Auto plays on the screen only, unfortunately. But I still love both features

Haha I got everything else figured out, this was the one thing driving me crazy! Thanks, bit heartbreaking. Love the HUD, don't mind the Mazda Nav once it's running through the HUD, but getting an address pulled up takes far longer than it should. Really the only negative on an absolutely gorgeous vehicle. Hopefully Mazda is working on getting infotainment/Nav more modern on the next generation of vehicles. Thanks for the help.
