20in Wheels and/or lowered suspension?

I want to get rid of the extra wheel well space on my 2019 Sig without any rubbing or touching..

What would you all recommend, bigger wheels and a lower or just a lower? If I just lower it I'll probably get a wider tire.

Addressing wheel gap is a ride height problem. I wouldn't get larger/smaller wheels simply to address wheel gap, until you are talking about fitment issues like rubbing or desired tire profile vs desired wheel size. Whatever size, if you get after market wheels I wouldn't get anything less than 8.5" width.
