2017 cx5 awd touring for sale

I have a 2017 cx5 touring snowflake white i need to sell it only has 3,200 miles on it has mud flaps, cargo liner, all weather floor mats need to sell it to buy a house they wont give me a loan unless i sell it bought it new the end of may it is spotless.Will sell it for what I owe on it around 26,000 If anyone is interested in colorado.
