2007 hitch harness

I am a new owner of a 2007 GT. I've searched the forum and still have questions. Is there a oem hitch harnes for 2007? I found a number on the forum (0000-8E-M04) and have searched the web and vendors with no luck.

And, along these lines, is there a factory connector for this alleged harness. I made a quick look around the area where the jack is stored and found nothing. It was a quick look, it's cold out there today.

I know about the harness at eTrailer, and will go for that if this quest fails.

PS, I'm on my second tank of gas, and really liking this ride!

Are you talking about wiring for a hitch/trailer or a hitch receiver?

The wiring harness is not there on 2007/8 models even if you have the AWD unless you have the TOW Prep package.
In later years (not sure exactly which years), AWD comes with the wiring harness to the cargo area. Your and mine do not have that.
I checked for it long ago.
Therefore, you have to run the wires from battery to the cargo area yourself.
I believe I used to found a kit that does not on eBay. That was 3 years ago.
