I've been searching online for a rebuilt or remaned tranny for my 02 p5 with not much luck. Anyone know where i may be able to find one for cheap?

Having synchro issues in my manual trans. I've been told it would be cheaper to buy a new tranny than to fix mine. Any thoughts? Also wondering if the 03 p5 tranny and engine will fit in the 02 so I'll have more options. Any feedback is much appreciated as I'm new to the Mazda world
