    Front swaybar endlink tab location.

You may be able to eliminate some of the lower portion of the threaded section. Depending on what your spring rates are going to be and what suspension travel you need, you may be able to run a short spring and not use the lower half of the threaded section. That would give you more room to move...

    Front swaybar endlink tab location.

The longer endlink allows for less movement of the endlink and swaybar due to steering input. With very short endlinks on the front struts you run into potential binding issues at high steering angles. That is probably why the shorter factory endlink is positioned farther away from the strut.

    245/45-16 Hankooks, FD rims, Pro5

The measurements are actually pretty close. I bought a 5 lug 15x10 when I was going to use the Pro5, but it got totaled. I used the same wheel as a mock up on the 1st Gen. With the 275/35x15 Hoosiers I can hit the frame rail turning both ways, but just barely. It's enough to leave a black...

    Hello form Emerald Isle, NC

I was just down there last weekend. Even had the racecar in tow. We were in Havelock for an Autocross on Sunday, but got in town a day early and went to Fort Macon.

    XelderX's BG FSP Build

Sad to hear that man. This year was tough for both of us and I completely understand. Nationally, FSP has gotten a little crazy. Williams Civic and Mannix's BMW are in a whole other league. Jinx had to make some serious changes to his car after the Pro Solo and he still couldn't keep up. The...

We run a 15X10" rim on the front and 15X8" on the rear. 275/35-15 and 225/45-15 tire respectively. We are planning to drop to a 205 series rear tire on the same 15X8" rim for next season. On the alignment we are running around -2.7 camber in the front and I think -1.5 in the rear.

Thanks. I'll be back down there for the NCAC in October if my work schedule doesn't conflict. I've been trying to go back to Black Lake too, but haven't been able to for a few years because of work.

Best run from the last local event before Nationals. Fastest non-shifter kart vehicle...pretty good considering we corded the front tires. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16giPtRiqTQ&list=PL8A251E679595F1C6&index=5

We ran another event last Monday and I can confirm that the 67mph recorded at the previous event was wrong. This event was on a roadcourse with offsets/slaloms on the straights. We were in 3rd gear a lot and the fastest speed the DL-1 recorded was only 71mph.

http://sololive.scca.com/FSP.html Interesting. I'm betting Ron Williams and McNamara were on 13"s as they don't have co-drivers. Jinx had some of the best 60ft times though...he could be testing something for the tour. If he was on 15"s I would expect him to have slightly slower acceleration...

    XelderX's BG FSP Build

This is not the year to get lazy in FSP. Several guys are really pushing hard to be faster this year, me included. I've put more effort and development into my car in the last 3 months than in the last 3 years. I know you are watching the action in Lincoln as closely as I am.

Not sure...Data says 67mph, but I don't think it's right since we weren't in the limiter...or our limiter isn't set right. I've never seen the car go faster than 63-64 in second gear and that was with the limiter set to 7600 instead of 7200 like it is right now.
