No, the header is capped. The tube was cut back a bit and the filter is on the end of it.

Doubtful. We did it because my egr didn't mate up with my header.

Twiggy, we stuck a filter on the end of my EGR pipe and no CEL/MIL.

I don't have my EGR hooked up, I run a filter on the end of the EGR pipe, and I have never gotten a CEL/MIL from this.

We did it one year for our anniversary so it was worth the money. The train gets robbed though (thumb)
