Smart City Brake Warning

Today I was drivng along about 25 mph over a somewhat rough patch in the pavement and I felt sort of a mild lurch. Immediately these messages appeared. I pulled over and stopped and after taking the pictures turned the engine off. Moments later I restarted the engine and no warning messages appeared. I wasn't following another vehicle even distantly when this occurred and there was nothing in front of me. What might be the cause of this? Not quite 20,000 kilometers on the car.

Try cleaning the windshield in front of the rear view mirror.

Front windshield-see the manual functions for the FSC (forward sensing camera).

Some of the safety stuff uses the radar behind the front Mazda emblem so make sure it is clean also...
