Oil Change on new car?

I think they are a pretty good dealer, as dealer s go so I would prefer to think they overfilled as a precaution. It's easy to let a little out later. I overfil when I top up at a gas station so I can check the next morning when the tires are thoroughly cold. But who knows.

My routine is I check the pressures at home before driving anywhere, when the tires are cold. I make note of each tire reading.
Then I go straight to the gas station which is about a mile away. That way the tires aren't heated up.
I check again, and usually the pressures haven't changed. Then I top up as needed.
I rarely if ever check the pressures after a long drive when the tires are hot.
The lower profile 19" tires on the Mazda are pretty good at holding air, and I only check them a couple of times a year.
My Pathfinder with fat tires are a different matter. They fluctuate a lot more so I check them more often.
