Transmission not disengaging

I wasn't charged for the TSB update per se...just for them to diagnose the issue (6 of 1...1/2 dozen of another). I will see in a months time if the issue has gone away. I have a young driver that will be using the car in a few months...definitely wouldn't want to use new skills with this issue.

I tried googling Mazda TSB 01-14-08 but could not find anything. Are you sure that's the correct number and/or could you add the full title?

Also, what year is your car?

OP has a 2015 CX-5 2.5L with 120K miles.

And the TSB should be 01-005/14,
