I'm in the process of saving money for these coilovers and saw that you can change the spring rate. I don't know much about spring rates and was wondering what a good one to get would be. I don't care if the ride is rough. I would rather have it too stiff and be a little rough than not stiff enough. I want it to handle like it's on rails. Thanks in advance for any input. (rockon)

You're better off getting a softer spring. Not marshmallow soft but not skateboard stiff.
If you feel it's too soft, you can always adjust the pre-load to compensate. If it's too stiff, you're stuck with a kidney-buster.

Look up user element8 and ask him about stiff springs. (boom07)

Will do, do you have any other information on spring rates as to what a good rate would be?

No, but now that you mention it, I maybe able to chart my stock springs. I'll talk to my buddy that has the equipment and see what he can do.

What are the rates available for the D2s?
