Since it's been a bit slow in the Miata neighborhood recently, I figured I'd post a few pics of the latest changes to Miata #1. Nothing special really, but all the same.
A good friend of mine has a sand blaster, powder coater, and oven. Therefore, last week, I was finally able to powder coat my race wheels. IMHO, they turned out very nicely. When time permits, I'll be doing my street wheels in the same color. I also installed 3" studs to the front hubs (they were free) to accomodate spacers since the stockers are too short.
Anyway, on to the show....
For some reason, they seem very bright in the pictures, almost "glowing". However, in person, they don't appear that way. I dunno....
I'm thinking of naming the car "Mighty Whitey" hehe. Bah....she needs a more feminine name. Any suggestions?
