I think it would be a good idea to have a "FS:" and a "WTB:" Option when entering a topic of a new thread in the For Sale Forum. This way people won't forget to post this info in their topic.
Maybe even a "GB:"
Have a legend so people know what they stand for...

WTB: = Want To Buy
GB: = Group Buy
