Lugnuts on Mazda 3/ Protege 5?

Which type of lugnut are used on the 3 and the P5? "acorn" shape or the "ball/radius" sharp ones?

As I've heard Mazda has been using "acron", but would like some confirmation. =)

I believe its the "conical/tapered" kind (on the P5).

Go with his suggestion, I think its the same thing, I was just going from what it looked like when I took them off recently.

From what I gather in different posts, P5 seems to come in as M12x1.5

anyone knows about the shape of lugnut on 3?

Most compact Japanese cars use the 12mm x 1.5 acorn.

The only other common type (used on American cars) are the mag ones which are shaped like a cylindar.

all the japanese cars except nissan and suburu use the m12x1.5
