Rim Sizes

First thing I did to my MP3 was put my TSW's I had on my 2000 Eclipse on it. They are TSW VX1's, 18x8. The front fit fine but the back tires scrub alot. If you feel up under the back fenders there is a lip that is about 1/2 inch, I am gonna try cutting it down with a dremel this weekend, I will let you all know if it helps. Anyone getting rims I would not go over 7.5 in. wide. I am using 225/40/18 tires, if you go with a smaller profile like 35, it may help too. The scrubbing is pretty bad and is eating into the side of the tires. Hope this helps.
