what type of support are they getting? i think i'm getting either an es or p5 soon. if you could also give me links to sites that have parts and mods i'd appreciate it.

The Aftermarket support for these models (ES,MP3,MP5) is picking up quite fast.
The 2.0 liter engine has quite a few aftermarket parts already. Check out these sites:

Skunk2 has also an exhaust available for the P5 and they where known to be only focused on honda/acura.
