If I remember correctly, I searched for "Protege5 message board" a few months ago and got someone's personal homepage that had a link to another page of Protege links which had your site listed.

Have you thought of developing and implementing a search engine optimization or marketing strategy to drive people to the site? What is your measure of success for the site? Is it volume of visitors or how many people sign-up and use the site, or maybe another measurement?

Just curious.

I used the default IE search and looked for "Mazda MP3". This site was one of the first 20 to come up. I do a lot of searches and usually use the search function. Seems to work well for me.


PS: If you guys have car stickers, I'd be happy to put one on my car. I will be at all kinds of racing events, and My car usually gets gawked over as I am anal about cleaning (yes, even before I race it) and it is rather rare in my area. You all have helped me out a bunch, so I'd be glad to help you out!

I did much the same as cjstringer and just was just looking for stuff to do with my car. I was overjoyed to find this site because not only was there a site, but it was a place where I could find out exactly what sort of things other MP3 owners were doing with their cars and knew that I'd be able to do the same thing.

aliens.

well, when they abducted me, i thought, oh cool...then they told me of a webpage geared towards mp3's and i said, "no s***?" the nice aliens gave me the url, and then they dropped me off in some crazy field of "green"...it was weird...then i came online and found this KICKASS site!

well a while back I ran into antoine, he had a domain I had a domain we kind of decided to do a website, I figured I could host it, so I set up the whole shabang, we upgraded, moved, changed, and one day I figured I'd check our mp3 and p5 websites, typed www.protege5.com and www.protegemp3.com and holy s*** this sate came up. still have no idea how any of this came to be mind you.

a few weeks before i got my car i typed in protegemp3.com and it brought up the original board. then it got switched over to this board, been here ever since. I am one of the OGs baby.

i mean mazdamp3.com, its been awhile. back on the old cheesy board.

when i was looking for info on the mp3. i think i did a search for it on yahoo.com. oh btw i found this site when it still had that very very BROWNISH forum. remember that one antoine?
