Here is what she would confirm:

-It will be available as a sedan AND 5
-THIS IS NOT A LIMITED RUN and will be available through the S-Plan
-Tentative summer release, though we know how those work
-Will cost less than 25k please call and express your distaste about this specific part I told her the most they could get away with would be 20k

you'd be insane to think you'd get that car for 20k...25 is reasonable when you consider the equipment you're gonna get with that car. if i could id be more than happy to trade in my mp3 for the new speed3...and yes im still miffed about the car. but the way i see it...in a year ill be making beaucoup cash...and i can either get that car or upgrade mine. either way although im miffed about what happened...like my fiance says..."you got a nice car...it turns heads." so yeah...next year i will be a force to be reckoned with.

they've now lowered their "under this $$$ amount" price to 22k.
That is more reasonable but still not competitive.

the Mazdaspeed 0-60 ~7(albeit an amazing stereo to boot) $22k

The car will be $20k and they will lose money again, otherwise people won't buy it.

At 22, you have to make it compete in the next class up...
the rsx( also 22) and the wrx (can now be had for 22500 http://www.imba.com/tcc/subaru.html ). And they will not win in that class, no matter what Calloway says.
