Anyone know how to remove the damn stereo form the dash? I can't find a single screw, and I ain't about to pry it open with a crobar. Also, anyone know ifI can't plug in another set of speakers or do I need an amp?

Ryan,
The stereo comes out with 4 din keys for Ford or Saab Radios. You take the two thin pieces of plastic of the sides of the radio.
Pull the keys, and that's how it comes out.
You can go with aftermarket speakers, that is not a problem at all.

Thanks for the feedback. You will have to forgive my feeble skills, but do the plastic end pices just pop off or do the break when removed. Started on them with a screw driver, heard a crack and stopped? Help!!

The plastic pieces pop off. You don't break anything taking them out.
For the keys you can go to Radio Shack or and car parts store.
