AEM Bypass

Anyone know the best place to put the AEM bypass valce. I have the Injen CAI installed but im not really sure where to place the valve????

I have yet to install but the bypass has to be installed before the mfs on the side with the filter. I was going to hollow out the left side gasket with a dremel because I have a 2 1/2" bypass and the OD of the plared section is 2 11/16. I will have to post a picture after I install.
