This is another thing ive been debating on what to get (debating about colors too)..
I've been using mostly automatics, but i can drive stick too (but just not a pro yet). Two weeks ago i wanted to get a standard but now i want an auto.
During the two past weeks, ive been driving ONLY my bros and cousins cars (integra 89 & 90) that have stick. Having and feeling the control of shifting gears was fun at first, but now its getting a lil too hideous for me with all the slight hills, going over bumps at the parking lots, and stop and go traffic in the mornings when i go to school. So I just found out driving a stick all the time is not for me. I guess now I perfer the smoother shifting and ride of an automatic. I felt relieved when i finally got to drove an automatic again, when i drove my sisters 99 v6 accord.
Some other questions:
When i test drove the p5 auto, i forgot to test the accelaration. Ive been mainly paying attention to the handling. Is the auto acceleration really that bad that some people say it is?
Is it really much easier to drive newer manual stick cars than older cars?
