Confused about adaptive headlights

Don't all '18 Grand Touring models have these tracking headlights? The IIHS report indicates it is only found on cars made after March 2018.

If you're referring to the below, it might just be that the overall rating applies to models after 3/18. My 2014 & 2019 CX-5 GT has the tracking headlights.

I'll never go back to anything without some AFS type capability. I notice the difference especially on dark windy roads. My old '07 G35x, '12 GX 460 and my '15 CX-5 all have AFS.

At first...I was asking on why you would have a hard time seeing on dark "windy" roads....thinking you meant breezy (huh) ... but eventually got what you meant. :)
 
Agreed its great. Have it on the CX-5 and GTI. They were just getting A for headlights previously and not tsp+. I think they addressed whatever concern IIHS had and after that date had the revised design.
