I have done some searching on this forum to see if anyone has installed these that will not interfere with jacking points.
I would want silver color showing with the doors closed.
My wife has very short legs and has some difficulty egressing our new 2018 CX-5. She would like to have some place to put her heel when exiting so as to not hurt the back of her leg on the seat. I've done this on previous small SUVs and it works well for her.
It appears that there are plenty to choose from on the internet but to hear from someone who has real experience with them on their 17/18 CX-5 would be extremely valuable.
I have only had this vehicle for about 2 weeks so am just getting involved with doing some minor mods.
