Fog Lights Alone?

So add another thing to the list that you arent allowed to do with this 16 cx5 gt. Is there a way to just have the fog lights on without the headlights?

I think all cars with factory fog lights, tie them to the headlights.

Not on my former 2003 Honda Element. There was a separate switch for them.

Interesting.. my cars may have had a separate switch, but fog lights would not come on without headlights.

Same here.

To the OP, I'm sure that there is a way to wire them to come on independently. A lot of Miata owners do this as a form of DRLs.

I know of the fogs lights having to turn off when the highbeams are on but not having a seperate switch to turn them on and off ? My 04 civic, 05 canyon, 97 mustang, 03 mustang all had seperate on off switches for the factory installed fog lights. Maybe there is a relay that can be adjusted to make them turn on with the headlights off... May have to disable the drls which I dont want anyway.
