2017~2024 Bluetooth no longer works with Mobile Start (2017)

I recently got the mobile start installed. Ever since this was installed my bluetooth is not playing. The car connects but the screen is blank and when it is "playing" nothing is playing. My phone's bluetooth is connected to my FitBit, but there is nothing else that would interfere with the connection. Prior to the installation of the mobile start, my phone's bluetooth was always connected to my FitBit and the connection and playing abilities with the car worked fine.

Any ideas on what the issue may be?
