New 2017 CX-5 cargo cover - half price of OEM

:
2017 CX-5 Touring with I-Activesense in Eternal Blue Mica
My question is about a non-OEM cargo cover option for the 2017 CX-5, sold on Amazon.

Kaungka, which produced an earlier 2017 cargo cover that didn't cover the gap behind the reclining seats, has updated the product so it now has flaps.

Since the OEM model is $250 (sometimes discounted to $180 online), the Kaungka is pretty tempting at $109.99.

Anyone have any experience with this one (or their previous one)? Amazon ratings for the new one are useless since they are lumped together with unrelated products from the company.

Here's the old one without the flaps:

I'm really surprised the flaps are even offered. You'd have to be in the back seat on your knees, looking rearward to see what's under the cover. Not to mention you could probably fold down the seat enough (with flaps attached) to get back there.
I really thought I'd need a cargo cover. But after 9 months I've never been in a situation where a black towel wasn't enough to cover anything back there. Plus, it's very hard to see in there.

You know I think you’re right. Here’s a much better cargo cover.

Since you just saved me $105, I owe you a drink.
