Trying to update the navigation for my CX-5 through the Mazda toolbox (as stated on the website). It detects the navigation memory card but then I get an error message saying there has been an issue connecting to the Naviextra Update server. Can anyone shed some light of how to work around the issue?

Indeed I am, I do have the Mac version of the Mazda toolbox.
I've seen a few posts online showing issues with Mac. You need to contact Mazda to get them to fix the issue

I tried that when I was at the dealership a couple days ago. They told me they don't have time to worry about issues.
