I had a Compustar remote start installed in my 2015 Touring CX5.
I noticed that if I lock or unlock my car with the Compustar remote the instrument cluster lights flash with the parking lights. For example if I lock the car the instrument panel lights and parking lights flash once. If I unlock the the parking lights and instrument panel lights flash twice. Is this normal?
If I use the factory key fob only the parking lightsflash which is what I'm used too.
I'm using the Compustar Start It CM7200 brain with IData Link Blade Al chip and Compustar Prime 2WG9 2way remote.

Called Idata about this and it is normal if using an aftermarket remote to lock/unlock.
