From approx time I bought I hear this slight noise - more like a ping when the brake pedal is released after being depressed. If I release very slowly then no - otherwise yes. Of late this has slightly increased.
1st. time I took it to a dealership - was told no issues found.
2nd. time I took it recently - was told the sound I am hearing is normal for cars equipped with smart city brake system. I am very surprised and wanted to know if others are having this same issue? The cabin's quiet, i.e. no audio, etc. When releasing the brake, there's a sound at the very top. Correct description of the sound would be: taking a quarter and tapping the side of a stainless steel hollow utensil, softly?
