Stupid...
I had my wiper blades up from doing a nice wash job, trim care, etc. and decided to over achieve and clean some of the dust under the hood. Brought the front hood up with the blades still up and it scraped along the top of the hood, forcing it down. Sure enough, 0.3" or so of paint came right off on the fold- top edge of the hood near the blades. Cosmetically not a big deal, but what steps should I take so that this does not cause 1) rust and 2) more peeling off from that spot.
Do I just keep it waxed good?
thanks guys!
