I made my own custom '16 CX-5 FWD U.S. Maintenance Schedule and thought I'd share it. I got tired of seeing metric units and AWD maintenance so I removed them and added date/mileage fields. I'm going to print a few off and have the mechanic initial each item due when I take it in.

Useful form to use. But I use Flexible Maintenance schedule for oil change, so this one is not suitable for me.

Right you are sir, I should have added "Fixed" to the title. Also not suitable for you because it's only for FWD.
