Thought some of you might like to have a look at some custom CX-5's

I kind of laughed when I first hit the links.
Then I saw the LED bar in the hood of the red one, and then saw the cargo cage up top has an LED bar as well.
Wonder if there is a US distributor. (wow)

I could see some of the members on here using this. I wouldn't mine combining those flares with lower offset wheels; the only issue I have is that they aren't really an OEM match... I could always have the oem trim painted a flat black though.
MikeM could even replace the mount Fuji on the side with Mt. Rainer lol

Thank you for posting the mods on this cx5! I've been trying to find what wheels were used on this vehicle. I originally saw it on the J-Auto Show youtube channel and loved the look. Hoping to get these 'boots' for my cx5 next winter~

It comes "lifted" from the factory with the most ground clearance in it's class. Yeah, you could lift it more but it's going to compromise off-road side-hill ability (too top heavy), not to mention the negative impact to it's on-road handling manners, low body roll, avoidance maneuver ability, etc.

Frankly, I'm surprised Mazda gave it as much height as they did considering they were going for fuel efficiency and driving dynamics. I'm still trying to figure out how they made it so tall and still drive so sweet! (uhm)
 
Yeah! How about the $140 head balancer!!!

Or the $250 strap-on battery cable magnets!

My favorite is the $268 strap-on radiator hose purifiers.

Here's an attempt at rugged...but I'm not sure it's working for me. Looks a bit forced.

This is the MAD MAX Fury Road look I was looking for, does anyone know if there is a US distributor? I'm mainly interested the "UP coil" springs and fenders. Thx
 
I did some googling when this thread first posted but couldn't find anything. Let me know if you find something new.
I want the LED lightbar
