the CX-5 is my wife's daily driver. She has been complaining about a weird clunk - noise and feel - in the steering column when she's in stop and go traffic. She said it seems to happen when she's got the wheel turned a little bit and goes from the gas to the brake. I've driven the car quite a bit and haven't heard/felt that, though I have heard/felt a similar noise when in a parking lot and turning the wheel all the way in one direction.
Took the car in for the 20k service recently and had them take a look, road test it, etc - they came up with nothing and said it all seemed fine to them (big surprise). My wife is actually pretty smart about this kind of stuff so I don't think she's imagining things. Anyone else experience this or anything similar? I'm a little more than halfway through the bumper to bumper and I want to make sure I take care of everything I can.
