Rattle in rear door while driving at speed...sounds like a loose metal rod in door

Hi,

A problem started a few weeks back where when I'm driving over 40 mph, I'm getting this noise in the driver's side rear passenger door, like there is a loose metal wire or piece of metal clanging in the door. When I open up the door and move it back and forth, can't reproduce the sound. But go driving again, and there it is. Any idea what is causing this?

Took it to the dealer, they heard the sound, but had no clue how to fix it.

The dealer should simply open up the door panel and check any lose wires or items inside. This is not difficult to do and your dealer should do it at your first visit.

Have you checked inside/underneath/behind the rear seats? I lost a bottle of allergy pills in there and didn't find them until a few months later.
