Ringing noise

2015 Mazda CX-5 Touring
Hello, I've had a 2015 CX-5 for a few months now. Bought it used. When I am on the road, and specifically when my foot is ON the gas pedal, there is a ringing, high pitch noise that I hear. I want to say it is coming from the wheel. But that's my guess. IDK what it could possibly be.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Any comments would be appreciated.

The high pressure direct injecting makes a light pinging noise. The snap on engine cover is designed to quiet the sound.
 
This sounds more like a high pitch ring. Kinda like a dog whistle if you're familiar with that. It's not very loud. But high pitch enough for me to notice
