Turn engine OFF but keep infotainment ON?

2016 CX5 owners manual says: "Each time the push button start is pressed, the ignition switches in the order of off, ACC, and ON. Pressing the push button start again from ON switches the ignition off."

It's too crazy not to be able to go from ON to ACC, there must be some way. Please help!

You just hit the start button twice without your foot on the brake....works great.
