My 2013 was doing that after about 6 months. Whenever I leaned into the seat back or shifted around, it was a terrible squeak. Had the dealer look at it when I had my shaky mirror fixed and they reconnected something that had gotten loose. It's been fine since. Shouldn't be a problem for you to get it fixed under warranty.
