2006 Mazda 6 FOB Key Not Working

When I tried to unlock the doors with my keys, both of them did not work. I tried the re-programming method and each step worked up until I had to press the buttons twice on the remote. There was no reaction from the car on either key. I have also tried the method where I turn the key 4 times along with opening the door 4 times to see if the doors would unlock/lock, trunk would open, and car would honk and it worked. I just got new batteries for each one and it still does not work. The red light still blinks when the doors are locked and closed. Do I need to buy a new remote or can I just go to a Mazda dealership and have them reprogram the remote? Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Have you tried replacing the batteries in the Key Fobs? Have you got the keyless entry buttons (request buttons) on the doors? If so, then one of your keyless entry antennae may be shorted out.
