Beach Driving

Hi all!
I've had my CX-5 for a few months now, and was wondering if anyone has taken their's on the beach?
How does it do sand driving?

We have a few beaches around here that are for 4x4/AWD vehicles to drive on. I've seen everything from Foresters, Outbacks to Sorrentos and tucsons, oh and a million wranglers....lol!

If Sorrentos and Tucsons can make it, the AWD CX-5 certainly can.

Here's my post from the share your shots topic... My AWD CX-5 handles beautifully in the deep, soft sand. I love it!

Couple pics from a beach day today... 1st pic is me and another Mazda (cx-9 though) that pulled up next to me. The second one is a 4x2 F150 that got stuck probably 4 times today. I didn't get stuck at all.

If it doesn't rust. I've had some rust issues with Mazdas, I would be wary of the salt environment.
