NAV button doesn't work

happened today on our /14 GT w/tech. tried starting and re-starting the car. radio and bluetooth both work fine, but when you push the NAV button nothing happens. anyone else have this occur?

My nav was "frozen" last week...I followed the procedure in the owner's manual for re-starting the nav system (IIRC, turn car off, remove the SD card, replace, re-start car). Maybe that would help.

Yep, mine did the same last week. Did what CWCX5 said above and that fixed it.

Yup, that fixed it. Is this a common occurrence for owners? Not like it's a big deal to remove/put back in the SD card, but slightly concerning that it's so finnicky after just a few months.

Make sure you have the latest map and software. Usually newer software is better for bug fixes. Annoying "I agree" screens not withstanding.
