How to install lowering/sport springs?

Eh, I would love to help but I got mine installed at a shop. A good reference (which I gave to the shop) is the service manual. If you look under the suspension part of it, it tells you how to remove/install the front and rear coils, and what tool is needed.. search service manual on this cx-5 forum, it is here somewhere in PDF form. I know you will need a spring compressor so you don't die when you take the coil off the strut.
