How do you remove the black plastic trim above the front grill?

So I want to vinyl wrap the black plastic exterior trim above the front grill/emblem but can't seem to figure out how to remove it without removing the entire bumper or drilling out the pop rivets. I messaged a few folks who vinyl wrapped it one response was to apply vinyl on while the piece is still on the vehicle. I'd like actually wrap the piece, and only apply while still on the car as a last resort. I couldn't find anything in the search. Anybody have any ideas?

Drill out the pop rivets. Not a big deal, many of us have done this to add a second horn. I used plastic rivets to replace the metal ones with.

Thanks for the help! I ended up drilling out the rivets. I bought some rivets to replace them but they didn't fit quite right so there's nothing there now. It still feels really solid so I don't know if I'll go get bigger rivets. We'll see. Anyways thanks again!
